A TRIBUTE TO FERNANDO BOTERO, COLOMBIA’S MOST UNIVERSAL VISUAL ARTIST

On September 16, 2023, the Colombian newspaper La República published a special article in memory of the painter, sculptor and draftsman Fernando Botero, who died at the age of 91.

The renowned Colombian plastic artist died on Friday, September 15, due to pneumonia. Botero, born in Medellín, died in Monaco.
